These terms cover public website use and enquiries. They are not the final parent service agreement for paid tuition, which must be provided and accepted separately before enrolment. Last reviewed: 29 August 2026.
Information, not a guaranteed outcome
Kheya aims to keep public information accurate and useful, but educational guidance is general and may not match every specification or learner. Kheya does not guarantee a grade, examination result, university place or other outcome.
Enquiries and tasters
Submitting an enquiry does not create enrolment or take payment. A taster request is subject to teacher, academic and timetable fit. Price, credit terms and arrangements are confirmed before payment.
Regional availability and pricing
Published UK and Bangladesh prices apply only to the relevant regional programme. International interest does not guarantee availability or create a price offer. Any future placement, currency, taxes, payment terms and service conditions will be confirmed for that family’s location before enrolment.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site, submit another person’s information without authority, or upload unlawful, harmful or sensitive content through a general enquiry.
Intellectual property and links
Kheya’s original wording, brand and teaching materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Links to third-party information do not imply endorsement, and third-party services have their own terms.
Paid service terms
Before paid tuition begins, families must receive separate terms covering delivery, payment, cancellation, missed sessions, conduct, safeguarding, privacy, liability and complaints. Those service terms take precedence for the paid programme.
