Small, matched cohorts
Teach a stable group of no more than six learners, matched by syllabus, level, pace and goals.
Teach with Kheya
Bring your classroom experience to carefully matched small cohorts. Kheya finds the students and manages the organisation around the class, so your time remains focused on thoughtful, responsive teaching.

We support learners from Grade 5 through A Level and look for deep expertise at the specific stages and curricula each teacher offers.
Why teach with Kheya
Bangladesh has exceptional career teachers whose expertise rarely reaches families beyond their existing schools. Kheya gives that expertise a professionally managed international platform.
Teach a stable group of no more than six learners, matched by syllabus, level, pace and goals.
Your availability is discussed before matching. You decide whether to accept a proposed cohort and timetable.
Kheya handles enquiries, joining information, routine parent communication and attendance organisation.
Families pay Kheya directly. Teachers are not expected to collect family payments or chase outstanding fees.
Technology supports your diagnosis, explanation and reporting; it does not replace your academic decisions.
Approved communication, safeguarding processes and escalation routes protect teachers as well as learners.
Approval does not guarantee immediate hours, but you will see the complete academic and payment terms before choosing whether to teach a cohort.
Clear remuneration
Kheya pays teachers directly for agreed live teaching and the associated preparation, marking and progress reporting.
The Kheya live-class standard
Kheya lessons are live, 90-minute sessions on Zoom. Before a teacher is introduced to a family, we check the connection, sound, picture and power backup together—at the same time of day they will actually teach.
The same standard for every Kheya teacher. No one is placed with a family until the setup check has been passed.
A fibre connection used through an Ethernet cable—not Wi-Fi or a phone connection.
A plan of at least 50 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up, with upload staying above 15 Mbps during the actual lesson window.
A UPS able to support the full lesson, with a 4G dongle kept as backup rather than the main connection.
A boom microphone so students can hear every explanation without strain.
A 1080p camera, positioned and lit so communication feels natural.
A second screen for seeing students while presenting resources, examples or shared work.
A 20-minute test call takes place at the teacher’s intended lesson hour—not in the quieter morning. During every class, household streaming and other heavy downloads must pause so the lesson has priority.
How selection works
We consider curriculum experience, subject depth and availability.
A focused discussion explores teaching judgement and fit with the Kheya model.
Teaching quality, identity, qualifications, work history and professional references are checked.
A 20-minute test call at the teacher’s real lesson hour confirms that the complete live-class setup is dependable.
Location-appropriate criminal-record checks, training and conduct requirements must be completed.
Approved teachers may be offered a compatible cohort when student demand and availability align.
This form collects only the professional information needed for an initial review. Do not upload or send passports, criminal-record certificates, safeguarding records or other sensitive documents at this stage. Kheya requests verification evidence securely from shortlisted applicants.
Applying does not guarantee acceptance, teaching hours or immediate allocation of a cohort. Approved teachers join Kheya’s matching pool and may be offered suitable cohorts as demand develops.
