Cookies and measurement
Useful measurement, with high-privacy defaults.
Kheya’s public analytics record aggregate page, action and performance totals. They do not place advertising cookies, create an advertising profile or record form answers. If you start a team chat, a necessary cookie keeps that conversation available in the same browser. Last reviewed: 26 September 2026.
Current measurement
When a public page loads or a labelled action is selected, the site records the event name, page and landing path, broad country and device category, simplified referral source and any campaign label present in the link. It also records aggregate Core Web Vitals bands for loading, responsiveness and visual stability. Counts are stored in aggregate. A daily rotating one-way hash estimates unique visitors without retaining an IP address or linking a visitor across days. Form contents, passwords, payment information and private learning data are excluded.
Necessary service storage
Protected administrative access and infrastructure may use strictly necessary security or session technologies when an authorised user signs in. If you start a team chat, a 30-day, HttpOnly, same-site cookie links your browser to that conversation. It is not used for advertising; clearing cookies ends access to the chat from that browser.
If optional analytics are introduced
Kheya will update this page, explain the purpose and request active consent before using non-essential cookies or similar storage. Refusing optional measurement will not prevent access to public information or the enquiry form.
